Con Ed Direct Pay

The Direct Pay service is particularly useful for those who want to automate their billing and payment, making sure they never miss a bill. Con Edison deducts the relevant billing amount from your account automatically on a monthly basis, so there’s no action required from your part to cover the bill. In combination with the eBill service, this means you receive no paper statement, and there are no bills to physically pay – Con Edison deducts the amount you owe, when you owe it, so there’s nothing to worry about month to month.

Alternative Payment Methods

If you choose not to sign up for the Direct Payment Plan, Con Edison also make it possible for you to pay your bill online. Click the Pay My Bill link and enter your credit or debit card details to make a payment to your account. If you have signed up for eBilling, you can check how much you need to pay before making a payment. If you haven’t signed up for online billing, you will need to consult your most recent monthly paper bill to check how much to pay.
