Paying through your Financial Institution
Many Banks offer the option of paying your bills through their bill pay services. You can check with your financial institution to see how you can sign up for their service. Please note that it can take up to one week before your payment reaches the office when you choose to use this service. You will want to make sure you make your payment early to avoid any late fees or disconnection notices.
Electronic Funds Transfer
If you choose, you may sign up to have your checking or savings account debit each month. With the EFT option, your bank account will be debited the amount due on the date that it is due. This gives you the freedom of not having to worry about mailing your payment each month. If you are interested in signing up for EFT, you may fill out an authorization form and begin the process. You will want to continue to make your payments as usual until you are sure that your EFT has taken effect. Please note that it can take up to four months for this to take effect. You are always welcome to drop your payment off at the office during normal business hours. If you need to make a payment after hours there is a drop box located outside the office for your convenience. Do not place cash in the drop boxes!
