Pay By Mail
Every month your utility bill will be sent you through the mail. You can then use the pre-addressed envelope to return your statement with your payment. You may make a payment through the mail using a check or money order. It is not recommended to send cash through the mail. Please be sure to write your account number on your check or money order to ensure faster processing of your payment. You may also want to make sure that you allow plenty of time for your bill to arrive at the office. This will ensure that you do not incur any late fees or possible disconnection of service. If you would like West Virginia American Water allows you to sign up for Automatic Monthly Payments from your checking or savings account www.westernvawater.org. With the automatic payments, you will no longer have to worry about sending you payment out each month, as they will be automatically deducted from your account that you designate.
