T-Mobile offers simple and convenient ways to pay bills. You can make one-time payment or schedule recurring payments for monthly bills. If you’d like to pay your bills, here are the options available.
Pay your bill online
Paying your T-Mobile bills online is a simple and secure exercise. Just go to tmobile.com myaccount and then login. Once you access your account, click “Billing” and then click the Pay Bill button. Enter the payment details on the fields and then authorize payment.
Double check to ensure that you’ve entered your name and correct CVV ( 3 digit number on the backside of your card). The payment will be posted immediately and you will receive a confirmation message. If there’s a delay, contact t-mobile Customer Service to address the issue. Payment information will be saved for future use.
Pay via phone
As a T-Mobile customer, you also have the option of paying your bills through the automated phone system. Simply dial 611 from your T-Mobile phone or 1-877-746-0909 from any other phone 24 hours, 7 days a week. Follow the voice prompts carefully until your payoff your bills. Alternatively, you can also contact Customer Service to help you make a payment. If you’d like to pay part of your Equipment Instalment Plan balance, simply go to tmobile.com myaccount and then login. Click Billing and then select click view details under EIP. Click, make a payment and then follow the instructions until your make your EIP payment. Your payment will be effected immediately and you get a confirmation message.
Other payment options
Apart from the above payment methods, T-Mobile also accepts in-store payments and payments via mail. For in-store payment, use the Store Locator on the website to find T-Mobile payment centers or locations near you. If you’d like to mail a check, write and send it to the nearest address.
