  1. I lost my last statement & need to view my account information.

  2. Patricia J. Schmidt

My husband, Charles A. Schmidt, passed away three months ago with brain Cancer. I am the executrix of
his estate and surviving spouse. He had his Shell account with me as a signer for 54 years in good standing.
Today when I tried to get a name change on this account willing to provide Letters of Testamentary and a death certificate, the service representative was unable to help me. All she did was immediately close our Shell account. I felt like I was slapped in the face. I applied by telephone for a card in my name immediately.
For now, I will just drive on by the Shell station I use. Please implement my new account ASAP.

  3. i have been locked out of my account need access to make payments please.

  4. We have had a Shell credit card for 25 years, bills were always paid way before the due date. They lost our last payment, are trying to charge us outrageous fees, and when we called, the girl that answered our call could not help us at all.

Unbelievable that they would treat good customers like this. Will go buy my gas somewhere else.
