San Diego Water Bill Pay Options
You are able to set up a Customer Care Account online with San Diego Water. This allows you to access a self-serve center that gives you the flexibility to make payments when and how it works for you best. After you enroll in the Customer Care Account, you are able to make payments to your account through your bank account, view and review current and past bills, monitor usage and compare past usages, sign up for reoccurring payment, start or stop services and sign up for paperless billing. In order to sign up you will need the information off your current paper billing statement. Sign up is easy and only take a few minutes. Please be aware that when you sign up for the customer care account online your statement will be made paperless by default. If you chose, you can continue to receive your paper statement you will just need to change the settings in the account after you sign up. You can sign up for automatic deductions and eliminate those hassles from your life. Every month you will continue to receive your billing statement as usual. The only difference will be that the payment will be automatically deducted from your checking account. If you do not want to mail your payment out each month, you can make your payment in person. There are several locations throughout the city.
