San Antonio Water System Bill Pay Options
You can sign up to pay your bill online using the E-bill service. This service allows you to view, receive and pay for bill. You will also to be able to view current and past bill as well. Ebill is easy to use as it directly credits your account, and you never have to worry about late fees again. You can make a one time payment using your debit or credit card, and you don’t have to worry about signing up for reoccurring service if you do not wish. If you choose, you can also set up the account so you can be paperless. This method will send you bill to the email address you provide.

Automatic Bill Payments
If you don’t want to worry about mailing your bill out each month, writing check or buying stamps then automatic payments may be the perfect solution for you. You can sign up for the Easy-Pay Plan and it will all be taken care of for you. This plan automatically debit’s a checking or savings account each month when your billing statement is due. This way you never have to worry about your bill being late. This free service is easy to use. You will continue to receive your statement in the mail as normal. Your statement will still have the amount owed on it. However, it will now also show the date of when the amount will be withdrawn from the account. If you are interested in signing up for the Easy Pay Plan, you must first fill out an application. This process can take up to 60 days to complete. There will never be any surprises as to when your payment will be made, as it will be printed on the statement each month before it occurs.
Paying in Person
You are always welcome to make your payment on your account in person. All you need to do is stop by any one of the convenient customer service centers to directly pay you bill. Payments that are accepted in person are cash, check, and credit or debit cards. Several local businesses have collaborated up with SAWS as well.
