- After activating EasyPay bill payment method, your statement will state You’re enrolled in Easypay so your payments are automatically collected each month on your due date’. After that, a one-time payment will not stop or replace your EasyPay service. The extra payment you made will be credited towards your next billing statement.
- You may contact a Cox service representative at least 2 days prior to your scheduled date of payment, and cancel your EasyPay service. After that, you can make your one-time payment manually. If you contact them within 48 hours of the due date, your EasyPay payment must have started processing, and you cannot cancel it now.
- You may make your one-time payment from your tablet and smartphone Cox Mobile Connect app too.
