You can check your balance by two ways:
Online: Visit the My Bill section of My Verizon, and go to the Overview page. You can view your balance at the top of this page.
Note: This page also details your minute, data usage and text for the current bill. Go to the My Usage section by scrolling down, and you will be able to see when your billing cycle is going to end, and how much allowance you have used so far.
By phone: You can call #BAL from your mobile phone to check your balance (Airtime free)
