You can cancel an already made payment by contacting your credit card company or banking service provider, and asking them if it can be stopped or not.
Note: If your payment has been made online from your checking account, then it can be cancelled online by visiting the Payment History page in your Verizon account page.
- There will be a ‘Cancel’ button next to the payment you want to cancel. Click on it and follow the online instructions to stop the payment.
- If you cannot see any ‘Cancel’ link next to your payment, then it means that you cannot stop that payment.
The Cancel option is usually available until midnight of the day you made your payment.
