Yes, your Timewarnercable bill can be sent to an address other than your service address. To do that, log in to your TWC account and follow these instructions:
- Use your TWC ID to log in to your TWC account
- Go to ‘My Profile’ tab
- Click on the ‘Edit’ button next to your service address
- Enter the new address
- Click on ‘Save’
You may also directly contact a local TWC customer service representative, and have your address changed.
