To get started with Walmart’s Product Care Plans, you need to create your own account for this particular service.

Creating an Account

Click on the green button titled “Get Started.” You will be directed to a new webpage which will help us to create a solution hub account. There are 2 different options to create an account. You can either enter your first name, last name, email ID, and a minimum 7 characters password with at least 1 number and 1 letter or you can simply sign up using your social media accounts which includes Facebook, Twitter and Google+. If you choose to sign-up by entering your own information, your next step is to click on the green button titled “Create my account.” A pop-up with terms of use will appear and you have to click on “I accept” to continue. It is not finished yet. An email will be sent to the email address you entered with a verification code. Enter the verification code in “Email verification code” and you are done!

However, if you choose to sign up with a social media platform, a pop will appear with Terms of Use. It shows what information it will use from your social media account. Accept the terms of use and your registration is complete.

Once you are done with signing up, you will be logged in automatically. You are now ready to keep track of your protection plans. You can now see what products you have protected and for how long.
