Columbus Water Works Water Bill Pay Options
ETAP is the electronic and payment center used to make your payments. This service provided by Columbus water works is free of charge. You can access ETAP by signing into your account online. You will need to have your account number and payment method available when using this method.
Electronic checks are an accepted form of payment as well for this service. If you are using ETAP for the first time you will need to register. Other options available for using this service are available as well. Customers are able to see their account balance, due date or request an extension on the due date of their bill. Pay by Phone
Customers are able to make their payment using a credit/debit card or an electronic check. To be able to do this they must call into the service through ETAP at 1-706-649-33113
You will need to have your account information ready along with your payment method.
Automatic bank draft
When customer sign up for an online account with Columbus Water works www.cwwga.org they have the option to have their checking or savings account directly debited each month. You will need to fill out the application online and submit it or you can pick up and application at the office and return it back to the utility office along with your voided check. You will also need to continue to pay your bill as usual until you receive a statement that says your account is now being debited, do not pay. It can take up to six weeks for this process to complete. If you are no longer wanting to use the automatic bank draft option or need to change information you can contact the customer service representative who will be able to assist you further with your needs. Pay by mail
This is always an option for customers of Columbus Water. They can simply return the bill that is sent to them each month with their check or money order. A return envelope will be provided for each statement that is sent out.
Pay in Person
Columbus Water Works offers several locations where your bill can be paid in person. You can go to the office located at 1421 Veterans Parkway. They also offer a drive through service to their customers. Payments that are accepted are cash check money order and credit/debit cards. Hours available for walk in services are nine to five. They are not open on weekends and holidays. There are three night deposit boxes available for use after hours. Payment location using CB&T Bank can be found here.
