City of Phoenix Bill Pay Options
Customers may pay their bill each month online using the city’s E-Services Bill Payment System phoenix.gov.
There is no additional charge to use this system to pay your bill. To be able to use this service customer will need a credit/debit card and the address where your credit/debit card statements are sent each month. Card types that are currently accepted as payment are MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Please note that if your account is in disconnection status you will not be able to make you payments online.
Pay through Auto Pay Program
Customers are able to have their checking or savings account debited each month. To use the Auto Pay Program customers must download and return the auto pay form. After the form is downloaded customers must fill it out and return it to the utility office. They must continue to make their payments the normal way until a notice is received informing them that the automatic payment is being made. This service could take up to two months to take effect. Once it does customers will see the notice on the bottom of their statement. Forms can be mailed, faxed, or drop off at a payment station. Make sure to include the banks routing information on the form and a deposit slip or voided check for the account in which you wish to have debited. Forms can be mailed to:

Paperless billing gives the customer the option to stop receiving their bill via the US Mail. They will have the option to pay their bill with any of the available payment options. For customers to use the paperless billing option they must visit that section of the Account services page and follow the steps outlined on that page. Customers will need their account number and service address. This service may take up to one week to take effect.
The city of Phoenix offers it customers’ four pay stations for them to walk-in and pay their bill. You can learn more about the pay stations and their hours of operations here phoenix.gov. There are also Chase Bank Locations where customers can pay their bill as well these locations and branch hours can be found here.
Pay at APS Customer Office
Bill payments can be made to the APS North Valley Customer Office. Customers need to remember to bring in their bill with them when using this location. Please note that if you bill is delinquent this method is not allowed to be used. This also applies if your service is shut off.
