Midwest City is dedicated to providing their customers with effective and courteous utility services. They are also just as committed to providing the same type of services with their bill payment options.
City of Midwest City Bill Pay Options – Pay by Mail
Customers always have the option to continue to pay their bills through the mail. They may use a personal check, cashiers check or money order. Midwest will mail your statements out to you each month and from there you can return your payment with the payment stub that can be found attached to the bottom of their utility bill.

Midwest offers their citizens the option to set up an online account where they can pay their bills each month. With this option they are able to set up reoccurring payments which will be automatically deducted from their savings or checking account each month. They also have the option to have it deducted from a credit or debit card. For more information you can log in to your account at midwestcityok.org. If you don’t have one you can register for one here.
Please be aware that if you enroll in auto pay it will not take effect until your next billing cycle and if your account is in the process of being set up you will have to pay your bill as usual.
You will be able to find 2 drop boxes next to the drive through window at the City Hall building. Customers can make their payments using the drop boxes at any time. The contents of the box are removed Monday through Friday, twice a day between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Payments received after that time will be posted to account the next business day. Citizens may use check or money order to use this method. Cash is not an accepted payment method for this option.
Midwest City customers may pay their bill through the drive up window. Located at the City Hall building at 100 N. Midwest Blvd, on the west side of the building from Monday to Friday during office hours.
Just as customers are able to use the drive through services, Midwest City offers its citizens the ability to pay in person using their Lobby services. The lobby is Located at 100 N. Midwest Blvd. Entrance located on the SW side of building.
Telephone payments are no longer accepted. Customers may still make their payments using their credit card at the counter window and online midwestcityok.org. This service may change in the event of extreme weather. If you need to know if this service is available during this time you may contact customer service.
A free service that Midwest offers their customers is the option to have their checking account automatically drafted. Customers will receive a statement 5 days prior to their accounts being debited. This allows them significant time to review their bill and address any concerns they may have. To enroll in this service you must print, complete, sign and return the Automated Bank Draft Form. Please note that it may take up to 30 days to activate this service. If you have more than 2 draft payments returned unpaid they will no longer be able to participate in the program for a period of one year.
